Předmětem plněni veřejne zakazky je pořizeni jednotneho peThe main task: The public office of the Regional Office of the Moravian-Silesian Region, October 28, 117, 702 18 Ostrava, is the subject of the public procurement. a comprehensive (integrated) solution to the information system to support human resource activity (personal and payroll agendas) for the Regional Authority of the Moravian-Silesian Region and for the management of the contributory organization. The main objective is the effective unification of personnel and wage systems, unification of methodology, unification of outcomes, automation of processes leading to reduced labor and error rate in the processing of personal and wage agendas, incl. centralizing system administration, and securing and accessing data.
A detailed definition of the subject of the public offer, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the quote, is given in Appendix 1 to the draft contract for the performance of public contracts (Technical Specifications), which forms Annex 1, the supporting documentation. an extract from another similarly to the record, if another law requires it to be entered in such recordsof the registry or a copy of another similarly to the record must prove the fulfillment of the required eligibility criteria in accordance with Article 5.2. (a) AWD at the latest 3 months prior to the date of commencement of the investiture procedure (ie no more than 3 months before the commencement of the inverse control.)
Proof of professional competence may also be proved by the supplier by submitting a statement from the list of qualified suppliers in accordance with-with the provisions of - 228 of ZZVZ or certificate of the system of certified suppliers according to - 234 of the Act on the extent to which the data in the list of qualified suppliers or the certificate prove the fulfillment of the criterion of professional competence.
