On the possible requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of activity in Austria as well as the obligation according to -- 21 or 194 of the Federal Procurement Act 2018 is expressly pointed out. Sections 21 and 194 of the FederalResulting Act 2018 obliges applicants or tenderers resident in the territory of another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and having to obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualifications in Austria to carry out a decision as soon as possible, or in any event before expiry of the offer periodnits.
