Modification of the consultation file. The contracting authority reserves the right to make non-substantial changes to the consultation file no later than 8 days before the closing date for receipt of tenders. Candidates will then have to answer on the basis of ther modifies without being able to raise any claim in this respect. If during the study of the file by the candidates, the above deadline is postponed, the preceding provision is applicable according to this new date. In accordance with Article 43-ii of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement, the time limit for the submission of tenders will be extended in cases where the contracting authoritywould bring:
- important changes to the consultation file,
- additional information necessary for the elaboration of the offer Sample (s) / Test (s). For the purpose of testing, applicants are requested to provide samples of each product that corresponds exactly to those in their offer and lists in Annex 1.-this RC. The data sheets must imperatively be accompanied with the samples, they will participate in the determination of the technical value. The complete supply of these samples and technical sheet is an essential condition for the examination of the offer. Otherwise, the offer will be rejected and declared irregular in accordance with Article 59 of the Decree of 25.3.2016-on public markets. Samples must be provided free of charge and, except in special cases duly justified, they will not be returned to the candidate. These samples must be sent at the latest, before the deadline for the receipt of tenders, to the hospital group laundry, rue Becquerel ZI Perigny, 17180 Perigny.
Criteria of judgment
criterion n 1: technical value - 55%
sub-criterion 1: general quality of the product (45%), this sub-criterion will be evaluated according to the answers given in the technical brief and on the basis of the evaluation of users with equal value;
sub-criterion 2 delivery time (10%), criterion 2: product prices - 40%, criterion 3: actions in favor of sustainable development - 5%. Additional information
