Provision of temporary staff

RTE, SA a supervisory board and board of directors, registered in the trade and companies register of Nanterre under the number 444 619 258, represented by Mr. Francois Brottes, president of the Executive Board, wishes to set up a framework contract to cover its needs for services providingtemporary work staff.

RTE wishes to have recourse to a national temporary work company (Metropolitan France) for the management of management contracts with a dedicated interlocutor.

The following services will have to be realized: the handling of the inherent procedures the administrative management of contracts for the provision of temporary work staffThe candidate will specify the lot on which he is positioned.

He must address with his request to participate:

Candidate established in France:

- an extract of the inscription in the register of the commerce and companies (prints K bis), or identification card justifying the registration in the directory of the trade (original or copy) dating from less than 3month in relation to the response deadline; or a receipt of the deposit of declaration with a center of formalities of the companies for the legal persons or physical in the course of inscription.

Candidate established outside France:

- a document emanating from the authorities holding the professional register or a document equivalent certifying this registration or, for companies in the process of being, a document dated less than 3 months from the authority empowered to receive the registration in the professional register and certifying the application for registration in the said register,

- a document mentioning his identity and address or, where applicable, the details of his ad hoc tax representative in France.

For all candidates:

- a declaration of honor dated and signed justifiedin none of the bidding cases mentioned in Articles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public procurement and that it is in conformity with Articles L 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers.

This is not exhaustive:

- sentences handed down by a criminal judge relating to the employment of disabled workers.in the broad sense of the word, bribery, trading in influence, illegal taking of interest, fraud, breach of trust, forgery and forgery, money laundering, participation in criminal conspiracy, acts of terrorism, for narcotics, - defects in lawfulness with regard to social or fiscal obligations, either by a judge or by the administrationss the recovery of taxes, contributions and social contributions, either by the labor inspection services and assimilated,

- judicial liquidation, bankruptcy, receivership not justifying the authorization to continue activities during the foreseeable duration of performance of the public contract found by the commercial court,

- the violation of the rulesrelating to the fight against illegal work, found by the labor inspectorate and assimilated or reported by the latter to the representatives of the State.

In case of receivership, a copy of the judgments pronounced.

Candidate EDF Group or the Caisse des D-pots et Consignations (CDC) group.

In order to ensure compliance with the provisions of theArticles L. 111-10 et seq. of the Energy Code, a candidate directly or indirectly controlled by a company in the EDF or CDC group must produce in its application file a declaration indicating its capital link with one or more EDF group companies or CDC.

These elements produced in French language are to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of acandidate group and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present.

- present the balance sheets and profit and loss accounts for the last 3 years (2016-2017-2018),

- present the turnover rate for the last 3 years - to justify a minimum annual turnover of EUR 8 000 000 in the provision of temporary staff.
