The subject of the public procurement is the supply of office equipment and interactive whiteboards, along with related facilities. The subject of the public order is besides the supply itself and the installation, the trained personnel are qualifiedby a worker and guaranteeing service. Detailed technical specifications are given in Section 2.2 Documentation.

The subject of the public procurement is the supply of office equipment and interactive whiteboards, together with the related services. The subject of the public offer is besides the installment itselftrained personnel by a qualified technician and guaranteeing service. For detailed technical specifications, please refer to Section 2.2 Documentation.

The parts of the supplies must be provided with the necessary equipment, allowing for the complete installation of the required technique, without any further interference and costs on the part of the Contracting Authority to achieve all the parameters required by the Contracting Authority in the Documentation.shall not exceed the requirements of the technical and safety standards applicable in the Czech Republic for this type of goods. The supplier is also able to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of the basic qualification stipulated in - 74 para. 1 of the letter. a) - e) Law in the form of Section 75, Par. a) f) Zakona.

The contractor proves the fulfillment of the professional qualification according to - 77 of the Act in relation-to the Czech Republic by submitting: - pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act - the Commercial Register Extract, if it is entered in it, or a statement from another similarly to the Register, if another legal regulation enters into such registration.
