Acquisition of Finnea's Nationwide Monitors

The acquisition is based on the naeytomemonitor (naeytoet) to be installed at Finavia Oyj's airports, which are acquired during the framework scheme by approximately 1, 000, 000 copies according to the current valuation. The requirements for the sizes and naeyttoejae that are acquired varyaccording to the destination. According to a preliminary plan, in the first phase of 2018, 473 naeyttoeae will be ordered according to the delivery schedule announced by Finavia's call for tenders. At the time of acquisition, Finavia is competing for a framework arrangement to select two (2) suppliers. The framework structure is valid for a period of two (2) years at the Maer Time Period, for which Finavia has the right toany framework scheme will merge for a period of six (6) years. The options will be taken into one (1) option year at a time. Finavia will ask prices for the installation and maintenance of Finavia's airports at Finavia's airports.
