Public procurement may be awarded to a business entity that meets the exigent terms of a person's personal status under - 32 par. 1 law no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Lawsin the wording of later regulations (hereafter referred to as the "Act"). The Applicant proves that he / she fulfills the conditions of his / her personal status under Section 32 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, resp. pursuant to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Act.
The criminal integrity of a legal person, according to Act no. 91/2016 Z. z. on the criminal liability of the legal persons and on the amendment of certain lawsthe ubject may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part with the single European document according to - 39 par. 1 law. The demonstration of the conditions of part-time is also effective vis---vis the public contracting authority pursuant to - 152 par. 4 of the Act
The applicant entered in the list of economic subjects according to the law is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. 2 forThe public procurer shall recognize the equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic entities under the law or the certificate of registration shall be issued by the competent body of another Member State by which the tenderer demonstrates that the conditions for participation in the public procurement have been fulfilled. The tenderer will also accept an equivalent document submitted by the tenderer. In the event that the procurement procedureof the members, it is required to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of the individual's personal status for each member of the group separately. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 floor. e) the law proves the member of the group only in relation to the part of the subject of the order to be procured.
Documents not to be delivered: As technical data can not be retrieved from the information or statements from the informationof the General Prosecutor's Office, the applicant or the interested person shall submit the documents pursuant to - 32 par. 1 a) Act No. 343/2015 on public procurement in paper form, in accordance with the provision of - 1 par. 6 law no. 177/2018 Z. z. on certain measures to reduce the administrative burden by using information systems of public administration and on the amendment of certain laws (the law against bureaucracyACII). If the applicant is entered in the list of economic subjects, kept by the public procurement office, the document according to - 32 par. 1 a) Act no 343/2015 on public procurement is not required.

The contracting authority referred to above shall not submit these documents to the interested parties. 3.Explanation of the information necessary for the preparation of the offer and proof of fulfillment of the terms and conditions, VO will immediately notify you at least 6 days before the expiration time limits for the submission of tenders published on the Electronic Sheet and in the Base Periods of the relevant procurement documents in the EKSprovided that the request for explanation will be delivered electronically with EKS functionality sufficiently in advance. 4.
