1. A procurement contract will be concluded with validity 12 ( twelve) months from its conclusion to the exhaustion of the financial resource or to the selection of a contractor under the procedure "Delivery and installation"even on an IP-based telephone system for the needs of the State Enterprise Prison Fund.
2. The contract performance guarantee is 3% (three percent) of its value. performance is governed by the procurement contract between the contracting authority and the contractor.
3. Terms and method of payment:
InThe depositor pays by bank transfer to the account specified by the contractor within 20 (twenty) calendar days after delivery against the original invoice presented, accompanied by a delivery and delivery protocol certifying the delivery.
