Fixed telephone services, associated services and annexes

Reference Number: DAE-TELFIXE-2020

The purpose of this framework agreement is the provision of telephone access and / or routing of incoming traffic and outgoing, security solutions, additional services associated with telephone access, additional services as well ases special numbers and value-added services, on behalf of state services and certain public establishments and other organizations.

Main Site: Metropolitan France.

Supply of IP collection trunks, primary access (T2), basic access (T0) and analog lines in mainland France, routing of associated telephone communications, excluding access incread in the perimeter of lot 3 as well as the associated services and annexes for certain State services.

The candidates declare:

- the overall turnover achieved during the last 3 financial years available,

- the turnover cases concerning the services subject of the lot, carried out during the last 3 financial years available.

In accordance with article 28 of ordinance n 2015-899 of23.7.2015 relating to public markets, a permanent grouping agreement has been concluded between the DAE and public establishments.
