Choosing a provider of electronic communications services by the following self-standing items
The subject of this procurement is: selection of an electronic communications providerservices in the following self-standing positions:
Main Site: The territory of the Republic of BULGARIA and abroad, by providing roaming service in countries of the European Union (EU).
1. Provision of digital mobile telephone services according to the standard gsm / umts / lte as follows:
- Conducting calls between subscribers in a group,
- Conducting calls on the provider's network,
- Conducting callscontacts with users from other mobile networks,
- make calls with fixed network users,
- conduct international calls with users from mobile and fixed networks,
- make roaming calls,
- short message service (SMS),
- providing high-speed mobile Internet access,
- providing high-speed mobile Internet for data transmission,
- providingat least 3000 MB of mobile Internet at maximum speed for each voice number,
- and others according to Section I, item 3b. A),
2. All other activities / services necessary for the implementation of the subject of the public procurement.
When performing the public procurement, the specific conditions and technical requirements applicable to the subject of the procurement shall be respected, namely:calls, directly or indirectly to national and international calls, via a number or numbers in a national or international telephone numbering plan 24 hours, 7 days a week. individual SIM cards), with the possibility of up to 20% reduction in number and without limitation increasing the numberno fees, penalties or penalties.
- Provide high-speed mobile internet to transfer VPN data from 320 points across the country to the CAA CA. All costs for additional equipment (communication equipment) and installation related to data transmission shall be borne by the Contractor.

Radio Frequency Spectrum for Broadcasting of Public Electronic Communications over Mobile Terrestrial Network - GSM / UMTS and a valid authorization to use an individually assigned limited resource - numbers for the provision of public electronic communications via a mobile terrestrial network, with individually assigned limited resource provided by the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC), and for non-residents in similar registers in accordance with the law of the Member State in which they are establishedLot # 2:
The participant in the procedure is required to have a valid permission to use an individually assigned limited resource - numbers, to perform public electronic communications through a public electronic communications network and to provide a fixed telephone service issued by CRC and for foreign persons - in similar registers according to the legislation of the stateMember State in which they are established.
