Market for the supply and installation of a new telephony solution

As part of the renewal of its telephone infrastructure, the Research Fund a modern, reliable and scalable telephony solution to meet its current and future needs.

Art. 84. In the frameIn order to renew its telephony infrastructure, the Fund is looking for a modern, reliable and scalable telephony solution to meet its current and future needs.

- local or hosted solution

The bidder is free to propose a local solution or a solution GIVEN ACCOMMODATION. In the latter case, the rates of the calls can not be higher than the current tariffspaid by the Fund,

- redundancy

The offer will include the elements of redundancy necessary to ensure the availability of the telephony, whatever the circumstances, as well as a plan of Disaster Recovery.

Art. 85. Whatever the type of solution offered, the successful bidder will maintain, monitor and support the system; it will be the only point of contact (SPOC) of the Fund forany problem related to telephony, including problems related to the telephone network. The Fund is therefore looking for a true partner with whom long-term collaboration is possible, rather than a supplier in the strict sense of the term.
