Provides leak control system supply and installation to existing DEYA water supply and distribution networks. Paggai, to ensure the adequacy and quality of drinking water in its areas of responsibility, whichThey have a deficient water balance, a high proportion of non-priced water, an unreasonable mode of operation, and special care is required to ensure water quality, given the inherent difficulties stemming from both the type of water resources used and the type of water used. the particular conditions of the area identified by the study in question;they are highly correlated and highly fluctuating in consumption due to the high tourist season. The main purpose of this operation is the supply and installation of equipment for remote and real-time quality and quantitative control of pumped or supplied water.

Main Site: Municipality of Pangaio.

Deliverables include the following:

-supply, installation and commissioning of 31 Local Control Stations (TSEs), to monitor the operation of water supply tanks, boreholes and pumping stations,

- supply and installation of a Central Control Station (TSE). ), consisting of equipment and software,

- design of integrated control system,

- design of each local station independently andi as a subset of the overall system,

- installing all the necessary instruments at each local station,

- delivering all the portable equipment,

- installing all the necessary equipment and software of the central monitoring and control station,

- customization of equipment and operating parameters for the proper operation of remote local stationscontrol,

- development of Central Control Station software,

- all work required to provide control panels, interconnecting new and existing panels, instrument and sensor wiring, anti-lightning protection equipment, proper grounding of the equipment to be installed, as well as the necessary hydraulic work,

-programming and deployment of control and surveillance applications for both remote and central stations,

- delivery of the system in full and normal operation, and

- testing of the entire system, as well as seamless and trouble-free operation

The economic operators involved in the process of concluding thisAs a contract, they are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activities related to the subject of the supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their country of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in the Annex.Section XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the SDS. or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, they are registered in their respective professional or commercial registers.
