CPV Description: Telemetry and control equipment. II.1.2) Supplying of an improvement system - modernization of the water supply network, aiming at the rational management, saving of energy and water of the Municipality of Ziros.

The contest concerns the remote control - remote control and leakage management of the water supply networks of the Municipality of Ziros.

Main Site: Municipality of Ziros.includes the telemetry and leakage control of the water supply network of the Municipality, with the following: - - modernization of the entire E / M installations of drilling, propulsion systems and tanks, in order to implement leakage control, remote control and automation . A total of 74 head network installations are included, ie 16 drillings, 37 tanks - water towers, 10 propulsion pumps and 11 reservoirs - pumping stations. The total Local Control Stations are 74. The category of all these facilities is coded by the TSE designation. (Local Control Stations); - the installation of flow, pressure and level measurement instruments at the outlets of the secondary reservoirs of the Municipality`s settlements for the needs of the leakage control system, in combination with the measuring instruments of TSEs. - the installation of new instruments and automation systems for the needs of the energy-saving system (reduction of bills The- installation and interconnection of water quality control instruments which are already in operation or in the process of being connected to the water supply system; installation in any appropriate network head (mainly tanks and wells) and integration into the telemetry monitoring system- the design and implementation of a suitable hydraulic strategic and detailed simulation model, and the redesign of new supply and leakage control zones with the aim of improving the Municipality`s supply with a more rational water system, - the installation of a wireless transponder system between TSEs. and KSE (PWC), which will ensureunobstructed, safe and without telecommunication charges, remote control and remote control of all installations. The communication study provides for the installation of transponders (ANS), in addition to the wireless communication devices, in each TWG, - the installation of the Central Control System (KKE) in Filippiada, aiming at the concentration of all data from local facilitiesand their overall processing, with a view to presenting water balances immediately and globally, managing the water scarcity system, analyzing data for stock management, strategizing, forecasting demand, supporting decisions and operating rules water resources,

- installation of a (1) Regional Control Station (PSS) in Thesprotiwhich will include all the facilities and subsystems, both new and existing, with the aim of operating the facilities and second security, alongside that of the CCP.
