CPV Description: Telemetry surveillance system - Telemetry and control equipment - Supply and installation of a leakage and remote control system in the existing water transport and distribution networks of the Edessa Municipal Unity.

The objective of the act is the rational use of water resources and energy saving in the UK. Edessa, through the control and reduction of non-refundableWater Supply, Water Supply, Water Supply and Distribution Networks

Deliverables of the operation:

Water supply system for remote control / remote control, consisting of:

10 TWS, water supply network of the Public Power Corporation -

6 MW, at key points of the external and internal water supply network of the Public Power Corporation,

- Central Control Station (ΚΣΕ),

- two 2) Portable Control Stations- two (2) portable ultrasonic flow meters, - one (1) phonograph for detecting leaks, - one (1) portable conductor detector. will include the following: - - the installation of a SCADA Control System to collect all data from the local installations and their overall processing, - - the design and implementation of an appropriate hydraulic strategy and-detailed simulation modeling and design of supply and leak control zones, aiming at improving the power supply of the power plants. and support for decision-making for the management and analysis of alternatives,

- telecommunications network for telecommunications T.Σ.Ε. - KKE / PSE. (hardware and software).

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are requiredor engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of the AddendumA of Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered-corresponding business or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen, the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Defense Material Manufacturers.
