The subject of the contract is and is described in detail in the technical description, technical specifications and other conventional issues. - remote controlmonitoring leakage, and monitoring of the quantity and quality of water of DEYA. Rhodes Municipality, in the Municipal Units of Ialysos and Kallitheas of the Municipality of Rhodes, which will include Local Control Stations (TSA). TSEs 44 bores in the water supply network (boreholes, tanks), which can be operated with local control, remote control andlocal automation. The action involves the supply, installation, connection, commissioning and guaranteed operation of the system.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the supply.

Economic operators who are locatedMember States of the European Union are required to be enrolled in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Appendix XI of Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.
