- At the time of the contract test, it can be approx. 250 subscribers (exclusively data subscribers) will be accepted by the Bidder (this is the basis of the roundabout model).However, the offer must be submitted to 150 service subscriber level data subscribers (this is the minimum number of subscriptions that are proving to be valid over the term of the contract), with the possibility of additional subscriptions. All subscribers must be provided with a mobile data service. (The number of subscribers may increase by up to an additional 200 pieces during the contract period)
