The department of Seine-Maritime initiates an open tender procedure, in a group of orders with the city of Rouen, the Metropole Rouen Normandy, the Departmental Department of Fireand relief (SDIS76), the Community of Dieppe-Maritime agglomeration, the Community of communes Yvetot Normandy and the Community of communes Bray Eawy, with a view to the signing of a framework agreement with purchase orders, without minimum amount and without a maximum amount, for a period of 2 years from the date of the notification, renewable twice a year for a maximum period of 4 years, in application of the articles25-I.1, 66, 67, 68, 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets, for the provision of telecommunication services.
Fixed telephony, data services and associated services:

- (Vpn -Mpls) (Internet access main secondary, evenementiels),
- (hosting, messaging, Dns servers, managed security, management of domain names).
