"Provision of communication services for the needs of the prosecution office of the Republic of BULGARIA only 3:

Main Site: The service will be provided on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA for the needs of all structural units of the Prosecution Office of the Republic of BULGARIA.

Provision of digital mobile telephone services under GSM, UMTS, HSPA and LTE standards as follows: 1. Making calls between subscribers in a corporate group; Conducting calls to the provider's network

3. Prochat with users on other mobile networks; Make calls with fixed-line users

5. Making international calls with users on mobile and fixed networks; Making calls in roaming;

7. Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging (MMS); Provision of high-speed mobile internet access.

Provision of SI is envisagedM cards in a corporate group, the estimated SIM card allocation according to plans is as follows:

- Plan A: 700 SIM cards,

- Plan B: 100 SIM cards,

- Plan C: 50,

- 50 For OP 1: 1. The site shall hold a "Permit for Electronic Communications through GSM / UMTS / LTE Mobile Terrestrial Network with National Coverage" issued by the Commission for Regulation of Communications-(CRC).

2. The site shall have a "Permission to use an individually assigned scarce resource - the number for the provision of public electronic communications by mobile terrestrial network, with allocated individually assigned scarce resource - radio spectrum in the ranges of 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2 GHz, issued by CRC.

In case the foreigner is a foreign person, he / she proves that he / she meets the criterion for-if the license holder possesses the permissions described in items 1 and 2.

For OP 2: the license holder has the right to use an individually assigned scarce resource - the number for the provision of public electronic communications issued by the CRC

- If you submit a tender with a shorter validity period or do not specify the term of validity of the offer, that the total monthly price for a relevant plan / service / line does not match the work of e- If the total proposed monthly price for all plans / services does not correspond to the sum of the total prices for the respective plans / services, - If no proposal for performance of the contract or the submitted proposal and / or the annexes thereto do not comply with the guidelines and requirements of the local authority, - If the sanction under Art. 69 of the Law against(D) for each lot is 3% of the price for performance of the contract, excluding VAT (the estimated amount), D can be submitted in one of the forms provided in Art. 111, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. D. is submitted at the moment of conclusion of a dog for the OP.
