The subject of a public contract is the provision of less specific telecommunications services to the contracting entity. The contract for the provision of telecommunication services will be signed between the contracting authority and the selected contractor in the exact correspondence with the belowin the range. Subscriber contracts for the procurement of telecommunication services concluded by individual contracting authorities with the selected supplier will already contain only the specifications of the services specifically provided. Main Site: The Liberecky Region is responsible for the detailed description of the order is given in the accompanying documentation of the members 5.1. Qualification is met by a vendor who:

1. prove splnof basic legal capacity under - 74 of the Act,

2. they prove their professional competence pursuant to Article 77 of the Act,

3. Proof of fulfillment of the technical qualification according to Section 79 of the Act. - In accordance with Section 86 (2) of the Act, the Contractor may prove the fulfillment of all requirements set out in Chapters 9.1, 9.2 and 9.3 by submitting a declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 to this Invitation Documentation or by submitting a single Europeancertificate. The supplier is entitled to submit in the offer also specific documents to prove the qualification,
