Call for participation request - Framework agreement: mobile and fixed telephony for Hogeschool PXL

Hogeschool PXL wishes to sign a framework agreement for a period of 4 years.

Main Site: Hogeschool PXL, Eleven- Liniestraat 24, 3500 Hasselt

Concerns the appointment of a new operator with special attention to itr coverage at the locations where the staff work. Attention is also paid to the elaboration of a cover guarantee for the new building

It will be installed at the current location Elfde Liniestaat 24. In addition to a 100% coverage guarantee, lot 1 consists of providing subscriptions for services for voice, data, mixed voice and data. * * The tenderer will inform them about itlthe Uniform European Tender Document (UEA), which consists of an updated self-declaration and is accepted by the contracting authority as provisional evidence to replace documents or certificates issued by governmental authorities or third parties confirming that the tenderer meets all the conditions set out below :

1) he is not in one of the onionTiedness situations as referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the Act of 17.06.2016;

2) it meets the applicable selection criteria as determined in accordance with article 71 of the law of 17.06.2016

The contracting authority can investigate the accuracy of the UEA for the tenderer whose tender is ranked best before taking the award decision. In this case-they request the tenderer concerned by the fastest means and within the deadline set by it to provide the information or documents which make it possible to check the personal situation of the tenderer.

However, the contracting authority will itself provide the information or documents (social security, tax obligations with respect to the FPS finances and the declaration for non-bankruptcyissement, for works: the certificate of recognition) applications that they can obtain free of charge with the help of electronic means from the services that they are in charge of.

However:

- foreign tenderers must enclose with their tender a certificate issued by the competent authority and in which it is confirmed that, according to the invoice that is set at the latest by the deadline for the othe receipt of tenders, the payment of fiscal contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which they are established

- tenderers who employ staff from another Member State of the European Union, attestation that was issued by the competent authority and confirms thatt, according to the invoice that was drawn up at the latest by the deadline for the receipt of tenders, the payment of social security contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which they were established have been met by that date. Does the NSSO or tax debt on contribution amount to more than 3, 000.00 euros, or if it is deferred-of payments the installments are not strictly observed, the tenderer is requested to include with his offer all information concerning any claims as referred to in art. 62 and 63 of the Royal Decree of 18.04.2017
