The subject of public procurement is the provision of voice and non-speech electronic communications services provided in a fixed location through the electronic communications network and the provision of related services and supplies-for the contracting authority - the statutory city of Pardubice for a period of 4 years

Under the provisions of Section 77 (1) of the Act, the Contractor proves that Profof the competence in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting: a) a commercial register or the like, if another law requires registration in such records. The document proving the professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act must prove the fulfillment of the required eligibility criteria no later than 3 months before the commencement of the investiture procedure. According to Section 77 (2) of the Contractor's Actl proves to fulfill the professional capacity by submitting the proof that it is: the right to do business in the scope corresponding to the subject of the public offer by proving the right to business according to special legal regulations to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public procurement, especially the document proving the respective trade license or license in the scope corresponding to the subject of public procurement.
