The public contract covers the development, implementation and maintenance of a smart information and communication solution, adaptive at all locations of the subscriber. The contracting entity (contractor of a joint procedure) is aware that at the threshold of the new, fourth industrial revolution, the strongest and the highest is to date. This brings many technological, economic, organizational and consequently social changes that will be radically changingenabling the way of work, cooperation and interpersonal interaction.
The contracting authority seeks to cover a large number of ICT solutions and services in order to provide the basic conditions and foundations for the implementation of projects such as the Internet of Things, cyber-physical systems for automation, digitization, cloud computing and Big Data, which already have a significant impact on public healthcareenvironment and monitoring of the state of the environment, in accordance with the adopted guidelines for the development of informatics with the client. The purpose of the contracting authorities is to establish a framework for Laboratory 4.0, shown in the scheme in the Instructions form
