DR must, with this agreement, open up mobile phone coverage in DR City. DR's current DAS solution is "end of life", and is no longer supported by DR's current supplier. DR wants to find a stable solution and operation of mobile coverage in DR City. After completion of installation of the newSolution, the future Supplier must provide service and support (service and support) of the solution.
