Novafos offers the advisory fee for the plan share in connection with the construction of new source sites distributed over Ballerup, Egedal, Frederikssund and Lejre municipalities, which is expected to run over the next 5 years.

Novafos provides the adviser grant for the plan part in connection with the construction of new source sites fordThe project includes an updated survey of the exploitable groundwater resource in Ballerup, Egedal, Frederikssund and Lejre, initial and possibly expanded source site surveys, pilot owner handling and EIA reports for obtaining extraction permits for selected potentials

Applicants who are in the circumstances specified in section 135 (1) of the Tendering Act. 1 and 3, 136 and 137, para. Paragraphs 1, 1, 2 and 6 are excluded from participating in the tender. An applicant who, at any time during the tender, is covered by one of - 135 (1) of the grounds for exclusion. 1 and 3, 136 and 137, para. 1, Nos. 1, 2 and 6 will be excluded from the tender, unlesswithin a reasonable time stipulated by the contracting entity, the person submits documentation showing the tenderer`s credibility, cf. section 138 of the Tendering Act. The tenderer must meet the following minimum requirements for economic and financial terms:

- The tenderer must have had a positive equity inthe past 3 financial years,

- The tenderer must document the positive equity when submitting accounts for the past 3 financial years.
