March for the performance of services related to the presence of asbestos and ceramics fibers Refractory.

Main Site: Sites of the Direction of the projects of construction and waste (DP2D - EDF)

Benefit for the realthe various services related to the presence of asbestos and refractory ceramics fibers on deconstruction sites.

The services that may be requested are:

- the identification of hazardous materials and products such as asbestos, refractory ceramics fibers, lead on the elements and works of a deconstruction site (including road surfacing) and the furnaceeventual cost estimate and estimated schedule of the future site (s) for asbestos removal following the completion of the TAR,

- the regulatory update of the asbestos technical files of the different sites in deconstruction,

- the supervision of asbestos removal work in the framework of the dismantling of a part of the installations,

- the realization of measures of empoand visual examinations in premises including the liberatory measures of restitution on behalf of the contracting authority (EDF),

- the taking of sample samples in the event of fortuitous discovery of a material suspected of containing asbestos or RCFs and shipment to the laboratory for analysis and in-situ marking.

The candidate must provide a declaration on honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015- 899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group andwhere applicable, by the subcontractors present

The applicant must submit an extract from the relevant register, less than 3 months old, such as an extract K bis, or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or establishment of the candidate. If considering the date of creation of his company, the candidate does not have all the information, provide equivalent credentials.

The candidate or the GME as a whole must:

- indicate the group of belonging of the interested company and the list of the shareholders.
