Collection of waste by mobile mini-waste on the territory of the Urban Community of Dunkerque

Collection of waste by mobile mini-waste on the territory of the Community Dunkirk (framework agreement has purchase orders). This market concerns the benefits of coHousehold waste (bulky, waste electrical and electronic equipment, hazardous waste) which will be carried out exclusively by event collection.

The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount nor maximum amount in application of Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. The amount of-benefits for one year could amount to EUR 100, 000 inclusive of all taxes

- power or authorization of the signatory (s),

- DC1 (letter of application),

- DC2 (declaration of the candidate),

- certificates of honor concerning the prohibitions provided for in articles 45 and 48 of the ordinance of 23.7.2015 on public markets, copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivershipJudiciary,

- Legal commitment of the operators invoked in support of the application.

The items listed in Section III.1 may be replaced by the DUME provided for in Regulation No 2016/7 of the European Commission of 5.1.2016. provided that the elements indicated in this document contain all the information required for the consultation.
