Applicant must submit the ESPD as part of the applicant'sans0gning. The ESPD contains the applicant's declaration in accordance with the conditions laid down for participation in the tender.
Statements given in a manner other than via the ESPD are not taken into account. If several applicants are joined together in a consortium, each applicant in the consortium must enclose an individual ESPD and a signed consortium declaration, see appendix to the tender specifications. Definitely an applicant bassin the economic / financial and / or technical / professional form of each, each of them must also enclose an individual ESPD and a declaration of support, see annex to the tender specifications.
