ACEM at the Nantes courthouse

Mission of Assistance and Advice for Operation and Maintenance (ACEM), cleaning and for the safety and security of the Nantes courthouse.

Main Site: Nantes courthouse located at 19 du quai Francois Mitterrand.

The present marche has for object the execution of a mission of Assistance and Council for l`exploitation and maintenance (ACEM), cleaning as well as for safety and security of the courthouse of Nantes.

This mission aims to allow to the client to ensure the real estate management of his establishment in optimal conditions, under the control of the heads of jurisdiction and the director of greffe, as well as the technical follow-up of maintenance, cleaning and security services carried out by service providers under contracts awarded by the Nantes court or the Rennes regional administrative service for the building of the courthouse.

The Nantes courthouse is classified as a public establishment of 1 category of type W and Lfor courtrooms and its surface area is 20, 000 m (shon).
