Předmětem plněni veřejne zaka(the purchase of six pieces of lathes, six pieces of frets, one piece of machine saw, one drill and one piece of grinding machine for tools, including the installation and assembly), all of which are designed to provide the selected classrooms by modern technologies to improve the quality of infrastructure for secondary schoolsThe main subject of the public procurement is the supply of machine equipment for conventional machines and related services (the acquisition of six pieces of lathes, six pieces of frez, one piece of machine tools, saws, one piece drill and one piece grinding machine on nincluding all related installation and assemblies), all designed to provide the selected classrooms with state-of-the-art technology to improve the quality of infrastructure for secondary education in the engineering competencies of the engineer for the real-life applicability of the contract's graduates on the labor market. 1 ZZVZ demonstrates the fulfillment of professional competencein relation to the Czech Republic, by submitting a commercial listing or other similarly to the record, if another legal provision requires such registration.
The Contracting Authority in accordance with - 77, paragraph 2, letter. (a) the APIA requires the supplier to furnish proof that he is entitled to do business to the extent of the subject matter of the public procurement, unless otherwise required by law. The Contracting Authority requests andthe contractor shall submit a trade license or license, at least for the trade, trade, and services not listed in Appendices 1 to 3 of the Trades Licensing Act or any other similar trade corresponding to the subject of the public procurement. The Contracting Authority does not require proof of economic qualification in accordance with Section 73 of the APA Article 78 of the APIA.
The contracting authority shall allow all suppliers to visit the premises. Termin has goneif required, are listed in the documentation of the controlling procedure.
