Disabled person transport in accordance with the Disability Services Act and the Social Welfare Act

The municipality of Sauvo is requesting bids for personal transportation in accordance with the Disabled Services Act and the Social Welfare Act for 1.11.2019-31.10.2022 for one (1) year from 1.11.2022-31.10.2023. VPL and SHL passenger transport for health customers.For further information, please refer to Appendix 5 to the Request for Quotation Request for Transport Services.The minimum requirements are set out in Annex 4 to the Service Description. In addition, the Service Description shall specify the minimum requirements to be met by the service provider in terms of quality, sufficiency and availability.
