On the basis of the Social Security Act (SHL) and the VPL Service Act, the tax evasion service, the billing and reporting of the transport of human life on the tax card (so-called sota-card)for the needs of municipalities in the municipalities of Pyhtaea, Virolahti and Miehakkaela.

The call for tenders concerns the use of a license for the carriage of passengers on a tax card (so-called sota-card), billing and reporting to the municipalities of Kotka and Hamina, Pyhtaea, Virolahti and Miehakkaela municipalities on the basis of the Social Welfare Act (SHL) and the VPL.
