The object of the contract is to provide production support servicesof applications to the EYDAP Health Service SA, in the following systems:

Section 1:

- Operational support services,

- Knowledge transfer - User support on the job training,

- Technical support and maintenance services,

- Ensure good software package operation,

- Ensure good application software,

- helpdesk.

In addition, fthe subject of the contract includes the training of staff of the EYDAP Computer Department. SA new methods and techniques of development, basis management and applications through new training sessions, which take place at regular intervals in the premises of either the contractor or the service provider.

Section 2:

a)upgrades to the SAP / R3 platform to a newer version due to the age of the existing one. The current version of the SAP / R3 information system is ECC 5 and the requirement is to upgrade to at least ECC 6.

.. b) development of functionality and mold making, thoughrelate to existing subsystems (cost accounting system and automatic prescription registration system, electronic medical record, dental file)

More specifically, in the context of compulsory compliance of the company with the new regulation, for the protection of personal data (Law 2016/679 - GDPR), there is an urgent need for modifications to the above systems, as indicative

- encryption or anonymization of sensitive personal data contained in the above systems,

- tightening of existing systems functions etc.

It is noted that for the implementation of the tasks in section 2, those of part a ) (software upgrade) and will follow Part B, which will include company compliance with theRegulation on the Protection of Personal Data (Law 2016/679 - GDPR).

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to carry out a professional activity related to the subject of the services to be provided, namely IT. to this end, EYDAP SA puts as a requirement for admissible participation economic operators to be registeredkept in one of the industrial, professional registers kept in the Member State of their establishment, as described in Annex XI to Appendix A of Law 4412/2016, or to satisfy any other requirement set forth in that Annex and where applicants must have a specific authorization or be a member of a particular organization in order to be able to provide the service concernedin their country of origin, to prove that they have such approval or that they are members of that body. In this contracting process, economic operators are required to have:

ForSections 1 and 2:

(a) a credit rating of at least 50% of the estimated value of the contract; 50% of the estimated value of the contract. If the prospective economic operator is active for less than 3 management years, then thethe total turnover, for any management uses, will be calculated proportionally depending on the management years in operation. VAT.

Means the estimated value of the contract, including the rightfor an additional one (1) year in Section 1 and the option in Section 2, excluding VAT.

Requests for clarification shall be submitted electronically no later than ten (10) days before the closing date for tenders and shall be answered, respectively, on the competition`s website, through the web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr, of the ESIDIS.. Requests for additional information - clarifications are submitted by economic operators registered with the system, ie those with relevant credentials, granted (username and password) and, if necessary, the electronic file with the query text is electronically signed. Requests for clarification submitted eitherotherwise either the electronic file that accompanies them, is not electronically signed, is not examined.
