1.Conditions for participation in personal status

Applicant must meet the conditions for participation in personal configurationmelting according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act and prove their fulfillment by submitting original documents or their certified copies according to - 32 par. 2, respectively. ods. 4 and / or par. 5 of the Act:
