IS Evidence is used in the performance of expert activities for processing and management of laboratory information. Part of the IS Evidence system is also the KEU NEO subsystem, which is used by forensic technicians within the framework of the Slovak Republic, and is implemented in several systems within the MoI SR.an economic entity that meets the conditions stipulated in Article 32 par. 1 zakona č. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment and Supplementation of Certain Acts as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"). 1 zakona, dokaccording to - 32 par. 2, respectively. pursuant to - 32 para. 4 and 5 In the case of proving the fulfillment of the condition relating to personal status pursuant to Article 32 par. 1 pism. e) zakona by issuing from the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic or by issuing it from the Trade Register of the Slovak Republic; 3 prohibits the submission of such documents to the contracting authoritiesi, due to the use of data from public administration information systems.

With regard to the fact that it is not possible to obtain data or statements from the information systems of the General Prosecutor's Office from the technical sources, the applicant or the applicant submits the documents pursuant to - 32 par. 1 pism. a) Act No. 343/2015 on public procurement in paper form, in accordance with the provision of - 1 par. 6 zakona č. 177/2018 Coll. o nmeasures to reduce administrative burdens through the use of public administration information systems and to change and supplement some (bureaucracy). If the applicant is registered in the list of economic operators, kept by the public procurement office, the document pursuant to - 32 par. 1 pism. (a) No 343/2015 on public procurement is not requiredto replace documents to prove compliance with the conditions of participation by a single European document pursuant to Section 39 (1). 1 zakona. Demonstration of the conditions of participation is also in a manner towards the public procurer in accordance with - 152 para. The applicant for registration in the list of economic operators under the Act is not obliged to submit documents pursuant to Section 32 (1) in the process of public procurement. 2 zakona.

Verejny obstaraan equivalent entry, such as entry in the list of traders under the law, or a certificate of registration issued by the competent authority of another Member State to which the applicant proves that the conditions of participation in the procurement have been met. The contracting authority also accepts other equivalent documents submitted by the tenderer.and demonstration of compliance with the conditions of participation in personal status for each member of the group separately. Fulfillment of the participation conditions according to - 32 par. (e) a member of the group shall only demonstrate the zakona in relation to that part of the subject matter of the contract which he / she is to provide me. 7, first sentence, zakona (so-called reverse public competition).

2. Explanation of the informationIn order to comply with the conditions of participation, the contracting authority shall, in accordance with Article 48 of the Law, and in accordance with the supporting documents. The contracting authority / ordering entity shall proceed in accordance with - 20 of the Act when awarding this contract. A group of vendors does not have to create a true form, but they must set up vendor groups. All members of such a group supplierin order to deliver / provide the subject of the contract, they are obliged to grant 1 of the members of the vendor group to act on behalf of all members of the vendor group and to accept the instructions in this public contract as well as to act on behalf of the group for acceptance of their offer, signing the Contract / Agreement and Communications / responsibilities in the Treaty / Arrangement implementation process. In the case of accepting an offer witha vendor vendor is required by a group of vendors to conclude and submit a contract to the contracting authority prior to signing the Contract / Arrangement in which I will clearly set out the rights and obligations of who will participate in the engagement as well as the fact that all members of the vendor group they are bound by the bailiffs to the public procurer jointly and not distributedielne.
