The subject of the contract is the provision of support services to research and academics (MIS) 5010583.

Main Site: Greek territory.

The objective of thecontract, is the provision of support services to the research and academic institutions of EDET as identified in the tender dossier. The operators will be provided with a total of 36, 000 man-hours of specialized support, from human resources with IT / engineering / engineering or other positive sciences, with at least two years of relevant work experience. The parservices will be pursued on the following axes:

1) Improving the operation of the infrastructures and services of the operators.

2) Covering the body's know-how so that upon completion of the project, the staff of the agencies will be able to manages the infrastructure and services of the organization as well as the new services to be developed under theassistance. Support services will always be provided in cooperation with the staff of the responsible department of each supported organization (eg network center, computerized department, technical service, etc.) and under no circumstances will they be used to meet staff needs the economic operator involved in the process of concluding this contractIt is necessary - insofar as is necessary in their legal form and nature - to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of the services to be provided. Those economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in the State of establishmentor to satisfy any other requirement set out in Appendix XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union, in relation to public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in corresponding business or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required - as far as is necessary by their legal form and nature - to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry. As regards economic and financial capacity, forthe economic operators are required to have a minimum overall annual turnover equal to 100% of the project budget for the three (3) latest management years (2015, 2016, 2017). If economic operators are operating for less than 3 management years, they need to have a minimum annual cycledouble the estimated value of the contract, for those managerial uses.
