Alloti maintenance and renewal of electrical installations and safety of public parking lots managed by Levaparc a Levallois

The purpose of this alloti contract is the general maintenance of parking facilitiesmanaged by the company Levaparc in the context of public service delegations and all operating sites are located on the territory of the municipality of Levallois-Perret.

1) duration of the market is concluded for a period of 24 months from its date notification. It is renewable by express decision of the representative of the contracting authority 1 time 24 months, notified by email with acknowledgment of receipt to the holder, 3 months before the date ofiversary of the market. The holder can not refuse the renewal. In the event of non-renewal of the market by decision of the contracting authority, the holder can not claim payment of compensation. As an indication, the execution of the contract will start from 1.1.2020;

2) shape and amount of the market. The present contract is alloti:

- lot n 1 electricity - strong current - weak current,

- lot n2 fire safety system and CO,

- lot n 3 centralized technical management / video protection and sound each lot is single-purpose;

3) procurement procedure. This consultation is concluded in accordance with the tendering procedure opened in accordance with Article R. 2124-2 of the Public Order Code;

4) nature of the award. Applicants will have to submit an offer for theall services provided by the market. Candidates will not be able to submit several offers, acting as individual candidates, individual candidates and members of one or more groupings and as members of more than one group. Indeed, in accordance with Article R. 2151-7 of the Public Order Code, the public entity prohibitstheir offers by acting both as individual candidates and members of one or more groups;

7) Judging of bids. To determine the economic offerthe most advantageous, the contracting authority will rely on the criteria of weighted judgments in the following way:

- criterion n 1: price (50%) the fixed part (noted on 15 points): (price of the tender the most low X 11) / (bid price of the candidate analysis) the standing share (scored on 5 points): (lowest bid price x 9) / (bid price of the candidate analysis),

- criterion n 2: vtechnical level (50%) broken down as follows:

- sub-criterion n 1 (score on 8 points): relevance of the means allocated to the performance of services, scope of the range, robustness and reliability, guarantee, research and development fasteners of the materials recommended for the renewal of the installations. (8 points),

- sub-criterion n 2 (note on 8 points): relevance of modalitiesorganization, intervention and operation set up for the performance of services,
