Support for the deployment of Docther

Support of the project management of the DTEAM (Thermal Division expertise multi-business engineering support) in the different phases and in the various activities of the project of deployment of an Electronic Document Management (EDM) tool named Docther (as Thermal Documentation) under the applicationatif Documentum. As a result of the reorganization of EDF's Production and Thermal Engineering Division (DPIT), this Docther deployment is planned in the new perimeter entities with an upgrade of the application following the organizational evolutions, a coaching of functional version as well as the perpetuation of good documentary practices.

Main Site: The services are to be realized in the premises of EDF in the Paris area (Saint-Denis). However, the good progress of the mission involves frequent trips throughout France.

The purpose of this service notice is to support the operational pilot of the Docther project in the piloting activities in the different phases of the project. The services requested concernthe following activities:

1) initialization of the market;

2) new organization of EDF Ingeum and UPCLH;

3) deployment of transverse SMI DAIP documents;

4) support for the deployment and training of Docther users for Unitep and Presto data migration to Docther;

5) Pilotage support;

6) Follow-up of ASIP reporting of incidents, problems and follow-up.by the MOE. Follow-up of their good consideration in Docther versioning;

7) Functional administration and audit of the uses;

8) versioning, preparation of the functional acceptance of the 2019, 2020 and 2021 versions and recipe;

9 ) analysis of the impacts of AS9 - EAM (Docther interface);

10) support for the change and preparation of the perennial mode;

11) anchorageDocther's work:

12) support for the deployment and training of Docther users for the CC PFA for business documents;

13) support for the deployment and training of Docther users for the ULM for business documents. methodology, this project will be conducted in agile mode and as such, the candidate will know how to set up project management with the Scrum method (certifications Scrum Master requests). It will be necessary to train the operator and ensure that the EOM complies with this operation.

As an indication, the estimated load corresponds to about 1.5 FTE per year.

The candidate must provide a declaration on honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition to tender mentioned in Articles 45 and48 of the order n - 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets and in particular that it is in rule under articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code concerning the employment of the workers disabled. This declaration is to be submitted by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present.

The candidate mustprovide the financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last 3 financial years available attesting to its financial sustainability.

The candidate must meet the criteria of aptitude and limitations and provide all the elements requested in the Excel file available in the purchasing portal ( see section VI.3) of this notice of operation) to RFX_067509.limit of 10 pages.

If, given the date of creation of his enterprise, the candidate does not have all the information, he must provide equivalent proofs.

The candidates or each member of the grouping candidate must bring proof of compliance with these minimum conditions in the application for participation in this opinion.

In case of absence ofproof, the application may be rejected.
