A detailed definition of the subject of the contract is made in Part B.1 and Part B.2 of the tender documents, which are published in the profile of the contracting authority at www.uvo.gov.sk and in the EVO information systemfrom the web site www.uvo.gov.sk, managed and accredited by the Public Procurement Office (hereinafter referred to as "IS EVO"), the contracting authority provides free of charge unlimited, full and direct access from the date of publication of the notice of award of public procurement in the Supplement to the Official Gazette The European Union or the Public Procurement Office, whichever comes first. point II.1.4) The Applicant must comply with the conditions for the person's personal status mentioned in - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). Documents and documents by means of which the applicant proves that he fulfills the conditions for the person's personal status according to - 32 of the Act:

1.1 Spokesperson spof the conditions of part-time status related to personal status under Section 32 1 of the Act, in accordance with - 32 par. (2) of the Act or under Section 152 of the Act.

1.2 The Public Procurer recommends that the Applicant to the Conditions for Participation in Personal Status under Section 32 1 letter. (g) and (h) of the Act, he has made an affidavit, of which he will obviously fulfill the following conditions of the individual's personal status..3 In the case of a tenderer forming a group of contractors engaged in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the conditions of the individual's personal status for each member of the group shall be required. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the law proves the member of the group only in relation to the part of the subject of the order to ensure it.

1.4 If the claimant, the place of businessor ordinarily residing outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statutes of its headquarters, place of business or usual residence, does not issue any of the documents mentioned in - 32 par. (2) of the Act, or it does not issue any equivalent documents, it may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the rules in force in the State of his or her place of business, place of business or of habitual residence

1.5 If the right of the applicant's status with the seat, and / or the usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic does not regulate the institute of honesty, it may be replaced by a declaration made by a court, a body, a notary, another professional institution or a commercial institution according to the regulations in force in the status of the applicant's place of business or usual residence. recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of ownerssubject to Article 152 of the Act or a certificate of registration, shall be issued by the competent body of another Member State by which the applicant or the person concerned proves that the conditions for participation in the public procurement have been fulfilled. The contracting authority shall also accept an equivalent document submitted to the applicant or assignee. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out under Act no. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement and on change andthe fulfillment of certain laws in the wording of the later regulations effective until April 17, 2016 is entered in the list of economic subjects within the scope of the recorded facts.

1.7 The public procurement agent is in the general attention. 6/2016 Public Procurement Act of 12 August 2016 in relation to - 32 par. 1 letter. a) the law on the submission of extracts from the criminal record as well as the lawI do not apply.

1. Explanation on the performance of the contract in point II.2.7): the date of commencement of 1.1.2019 is given only as assumed, ie. the actual termination of the performance will be known until the day of the contract which, at the time of the proclamation of the procurement, can not precisely determine the extent to which it is bound by the course of the procurement process. Date of termination of the contract 31.12.2021 is ofavaezny.

2nd Within the scope of this public tender, the provisions of - 66 par. According to Article 7 of the Act, the contracting authority will evaluate the fulfillment of the conditions under Article 40 of the Act after evaluating the tenders pursuant to Section 53 of the Act. The user does not separate documents into a separate section of the menu labeled Other and a separate section of the menu labeled Criteria, but submits all the documents together

3. Verethe procurement is carried out in IS EVO. IS EVO will be used for each termination of the procurement process, the entire procurement process is only done electronically through IS EVO. The Public Procurement Officer asks interested parties to register in EV EVO. This registration is associated with certain process terminations, so it is necessary to do so in good time.The registration in IS EVO may be realized by the interested person at the latest by the expiration of the deadline for submitting tenders under this notice

6. The supporting documents are available at IS EVO and are published in the profile of the public procurement agent at www.uvo.gov.sk

7. Tenders, proposals and other documents and documents in public procurement shall be submitted in accordance with - 21 par. 6 law in the standard language. If the document is either-the document is drawn up in a foreign language, it shall be accompanied, together with its official translation into the State language; it does not apply to offers, designs, documents and documents in Czech. If there is a difference in their content, the referee is a tradable translation into the standard language. The public contracting authority reserves the right not to accept the bid of the tenderer, which exceeds the estimated value of the order. All onpros and cons associated with the preparation and submission of the tender shall be made by the applicant without financial charge to the contracting authority, irrespective of the outcome of the procurement. The applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contracting Authority by a single European document (JED) within the meaning of Section 39 of the Act. 11. The contracting authority declares that it restricts the information required for the terms of service (relating to Part IV: ConditionsSection A to D JED) on 1 question with yes or no answer (alpha: Globalny for all conditions in part), t. j. whether the economic entities fulfill all the required conditions of the part without the need to complete the other parts of Part IV: Conditions for the single European document. The contracting authority may not enter into a contract with an applicant or tenderer-be entered in the register of public sector partners and not entered in the register of public sector partners, or subcontractors or subcontractors under Act no. 315/2016 Coll. the register of public sector partners and the amendment of some laws that have the obligation to register with public sector partners and not to register them.
