The purpose of this framework course is to carry out studies on Ile-de-France exchanges. These studies will be piloted by the transport union of Ile-de-France, which (s) whatever the owner (s), operator (s) of the site and whatever-or the proposed organization of the project management of the works phase.

The present march The purpose of the framework is to carry out studies on major exchanges in the Paris region. These studies will be piloted by the transport union of Ile-de-France, which (s)t the owner (s), operator (s) of the site and whatever the proposed organization of the project management of the works phase.
These studies may relate to the creation, extension or restructuring substantial amount of trade. They will concern the railway perimeter and / or the intermodal perimeter.
The present march is broken down into three types of missions:
- mission of studyFeasibility-level, preliminary or pre-project techniques as well as environmental studies, additional studies, including parking studies, metering, user surveys, coordination with related projects. files for their passage to the council of the transport union of Ile-de-France

The candidate mayapply in the form of a Single European Market Document (UEM) in place of the documents mentioned in the RC. To obtain any additional information that may be required during the course of their study, bidders must submit a written request no later than 8 days before the deadline for submission of bids. In case a question reachesIf the Ile-de-France transport union passes this deadline, the transport union of Ile-de-France would not answer this question. All information of a technical and administrative nature will have to be posed through the platform achatpublic.com, zone.
An answer will then be sent to all the companies having removed the file or having downloaded it after identification, -6 days at the latest before the deadline for receipt of tenders.
The transport union of Ile-de-France reserves the right to make detailed changes to the consultation file.
These modifications must be sent to tenderers no later than 6 calendar days before the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tenderers will then have to answer on the basis of thefile modifies without being able to raise any claim on this subject. If, during the study of the file by the tenderers, the deadline of reception of the tenders is postponed, the preceding disposition is applicable according to this new date.
