Acquisition of services aimed at updating standard costs perinvestments in fruit and vineyards, standard costs for new operations that can be supported by standard costs in fruit and viticulture and standard costs for the establishment of forestry crop protection curtains for the next programming period in the context of the CAP 2021- 2027 and providing the required fund datanational agri-food priorities, rural and environmental development for the elaboration of the National Strategic Plan 2021-2027 and the provision of calculation methodology as well as any other information that provides a clear and complete picture of all standard costs. The tenderers, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on Procurement■ The means by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the economic operators participating in the award procedure will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information relevant to their situation.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be submitted at the request contracting authority, only by the tenderer on the firstwhere the contract will be concluded when the tender is completed.

Lots: 1, 2, 3. Specify the annual average turnover. Minimum level (s) of information and / or standard (s) needed to evaluate the above mentioned requirements: tenderers are required to have a global average turnover level(Cm) minimum:

- lot 1 300 026, 00 RON,

- lot 2 208 194, 00 RON,

- lot 3 - 208 194, 00 RON for the last 3 financial years (2016, 2017, 2018), depending on the date of setting up or starting the business of the economic operator. This indicator will be obtained from the arithmetic mean of the turnover of the last 3 available financial years mentioned in the tender notice:Cm = (Ca 1 Ca 2 Ca 3) / 3. In the case of an association of bidders, the requirement level required is proportional to the degree of involvement of each member of the association in the contract.
