Manufacture, supply, transport and implementation of coated materials with hydrocarbon binders on the road network, roads and equipment of buildingse the territorial collectivity of Martinique.
Main Site: Ajoupa Bouillon, Basse Pointe, Bellefontaine, Carbet, Pilot Box, Fonds Saint-Denis, Grand River, Gros Morne, Lorrain, Macouba, Marigot, Morne Rouge, Morne Vert, Preacher, Robert, Saint-Pierre, Sainte-Marie and Trinite.

Open procedure (Articles 25 I 1 and 67 to 68 of Decree No. 2016 - 360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement) with publication in the OJEU. Framework agreement with purchase orders on the basis of articles 78 and 80 of the same decree:
- financing: own funds of the territorial collectivity of Martinique and possibly on national and / or European funds.
-payment: administrative transfer delai to the successful tenderer to produce the pieces provided for in Article-51 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016: 8 calendar days,
- overall payment period: 30 days,
- monthly installments, 5% advance planned,
- type of price: unit prices,
- variation prices: revisable prices.
The services mainly comprise:
- the installation and maintenance of the manufacturing facilities,
- the supply and storage of materials entering the composition of bituminous concrete and severe bitumen,
- the manufacture of bituminous concrete and bitumen, as well as transport to places of implementation,
- the realization of engravure the connection of the new road with the old,
- the planing on the bank or in full width when it turns out necessary,
- the suppression of the flashes and the reprofilage eventual of the old one-pavement,
- the realization of the layer of attachment to the emulsion of bitumen on the supports and between the different layers of coatings,
- the implementation and the compaction of the bituminous concretes and serious bitumens,
- the cleaning and the rehabilitation of the tracks after the refolding of the site,
- the temporary signage of building site and its maintenance during all the duration of the works,
- the depofurniture and various equipment in the framework of building projects on regional buildings,
- technical studies prior to the deposit and rests of the elements of furniture and sports equipment or other above.
