Mandate for project management as part of the implementation of the program accessibility schedule for periods 1 and 2

Mandate of mastery Public work passes under Article L. 2422-5 of the Public Order Code.

The financial envelope of the operation is EUR 6 900 000TTC: it includes all the expenses listed in article 2.2 of the mandate contract. ADAP:

- Period 1 concerns 34 sites and ADAP,

- Period 2 concerns 51 sites of municipal heritage.

The mandate of the agent includes the following elements depending on the program provided:

- definition of the administrative and technical conditions under which the works will be studied and, - preparation of the choice of the master (s) of work, - signing and management of the mastery of work, - preparation of the choice of the service providers, - preparation with the collaboration of the master of work, the choice of companies,

- signature and management with the collaboration of the master of work, the works,

- management of administrative authorizations,

- management and coordinationthe different partners in the operation,

- technical and financial monitoring of the operation,

- legal proceedings.

In case of group of economic operators, the form desired by the contracting authority is a solidarity group. If the awarded grouping is of a different form, it may be obliged to ensure its transformation to comply with the wish of the contracting authority.ator.
