This Request for Proposal contains information about the European tender regarding travel agency services for Radboud University. The assignment concerns foreign (travel) trips and, if desired, vaccommodation and transport.

Scientists determine from the importance of the research how, when and with what frequency they travel. The trips are not systematically carried out to the same location. In accordance with the internal travel policy, employees are free to book these journeys and, possibly or not on the basis of an advance payment, to declare in the internal declaration system: I-expense.-This procedure goes well for individual trips.

Radboud University wants to contract a travel agency for group travel or (organized) individual travel (on a voluntary basis). Part of the service is an online tool that can be booked in, approved by the budget holder and with a (direct) link with Oracle for the settlement. The travel agency with which a contract is closed is promoted internally as a preferred supplier. This contract contains a growth model whereby the travel agency can generate turnover within the university through good service and proper pricing. No sales guarantee is issued
