Support on ecosystem accounting — KIP INCA

Reference Number : ESTAT/E/2018/012

This Invitation to Tender covers: support on ecosystem accounting, in particular providing advice, technical comment and technical support to advance work on the Knowledge Innovation Project (KIP) on an Integrated System of Natural Capital and Ecosystem Services Accounting (INCA) and technical comments to support the revision of the System of Environmental-Economic Accounts — Experimental Ecosystem Accounts.

The work to be undertaken under this contract is organized in 3 tasks:

— Task 1: Monetary valuation of ecosystem services and assets,

— Task 2: Macroeconomic contribution of ecosystem services and assets,

— Task 3: Other support to advance the KIP INCA.

The volume of the contract is estimated at 120 person-days per year, which equals to 240 person-days over the maximum contract duration (2 years).
