Ploughs or disc harrows

The present procedure provides for the supply of:

1) self-priming, suction-type sweep type Compact geometric tank capacity at least 4, 0 m3 and a payload of at least 3, 8 m3; (2) an agricultural tractor with a power of approximately 100 HP, with 2 axles (4x4) required,

3) overweight type, telescopic arm shredder, suitable for cutting grass and branches at the edges of roads, which is adapted to tractors

1.Guarantee of participation

1.1 For valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, is submitted by the participating economic operators (tenderers), a letter of guarantee, (0.5%) of the value of the study budget, ie EUR 1 175.00 (one hundred and seventy-five euros), for the total commission or the equivalent amount of the machine it will offer.

In the case of an association of economic operators, the guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators participating in the-The Participation Guarantee must be valid for at least thirty (30) days after the end of the term of validity of the offer in Article 2.4.5 hereof, otherwise the offer will be rejected. The contracting authority may, before the expiry of the tender, ask the tenderer to extend the duration of the tender and the participation guarantee before their expiry. The return guaranteeThe guarantee will be returned to the other tenderers in accordance with the provisions of Article 72 of Law 4412/2016.

1.3. The warranty for participation is forfeited if the offeror withdraws his offer during this period of validity, provides the false information or information referred to in Articles 2.2.3 to 2.2.8 of the Declarationif it fails to produce the documents required by the declaration in good time or does not come in due time for signing the contract.

2 Guarantees (good execution)

Performance guarantee and advance payment

The signing of the contract requires the performance of a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, the amount of which amounts to 5% of the value ofcontract, excluding VAT, and deposited prior to or at the time of signing the contract.

The performance guarantee must, in order to be accepted, include at least the items mentioned in paragraph 2.1.5. and the number and title of the relevant contract and the provisions of Article 72 of Law 4412/2016.

The performance guarantee for the contract covers the whole andwithout any discrimination, the application of all the terms of the contract and any claim by the contracting authority to the contractor, including an equivalent amount to that advance.

In the event of a modification of the contract under paragraph 4.5, which entails an increase in the contract value, the contractor is obliged to deposit before the amendment, a supplementary guarantee the amount of which you wish5% on the amount of the increase, excluding VAT.

The performance guarantee is forfeited in case of breach of the terms of the contract, as it specifies in particular.

The performance guarantee is reimbursed in its entirety after its final qualitative and quantitative acceptance object of the contract. Payment method

The contractor or contractors will be paid with the following100% of the contractual value will be paid after the final receipt of the vehicles.

The payment of the contract price will be made by presenting the legal documents and supporting documents provided by the provisions of article 200 par. 4 of Law 4412 / 2016, as well as any other document that may have been requested by the competent services responsible for the control andThe Contractor shall be liable for any third party deductions, as well as any other charges, in accordance with the applicable law, excluding VAT, for the delivery of the material at the place and in the manner specified in the contract documents. In particular, the following deductions are payable: (a) a 0.06% reservation, calculated on the value of each pre-tax and deduction of the original, as well as(b) detention 0, 06%, calculated on the value of each payment before taxes and deductions of the original, one-off, as well as any supplementary contract, in favor of the Preliminary Appeal Review Authority (Article 350 of Law 4416/2016 as amended and in force)(c) a 0.02% reservation in favor of the State, calculated on the value, exclusive of VAT, of the original and any supplementary contract. This amount shall be deducted in respect of each payment by the contracting authority, in the name and on behalf of the Directorate-General for Public Procurement and Procurement, in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 36 of Law 4412/2016.

Extra-territorial reservations are subject to the(3%) and the contribution in favor of OGA (0, 6%).

With each payment, the withholding tax provided by the applicable law will be withholding tax on income (4%) on the net the amount and any other new detention incurred, up to the payment of the contractor or contractors.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract shall be requireda commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A-of Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures are required to be registeredsuch professional or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material.
