Criteria for selecting offers:

1) ergonomics, functionality and quality of the website and administrative management methods: 45 points;

2) price: 30 points. The price criterion will be judged on the sum of the amounts of the BPU;

3) diversity of the offer according to the number of references and the diversity of the titles: 25 points.
