This consultation concerns the market for the urban clean-up of the city of Bois-Colombes and services associated

Main Site: Bois-Colombes (92270).

The present consultation concerns the market having for object the neUrban development of the city of Bois-Colombes and associated services.

Candidates can submit their application in the form of a DUME. Candidates forward:

A) letter of application: prints DC1 attached to the DCE;

B) declaration of the candidate: prints DC2 attached to the DCE;

C) if the candidate is in receivership, the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced for this purpose;

D) all doccertifying the signatory's ability to bind the company.

Applicants submit:

1) a statement of the applicant's overall turnover for the last 3 years available (depending on the date of creation of the firm or beginning of the economic operator's activity, to the extent that information on these sales figures is available);

2) declaresbanks or proof of insurance for occupational risks.

The contract is concluded for a period of six years from 1.7.2019 or its notification date, whichever is later. The details of the criteria for the analysis of the offers are presented in the regulation of the consultation.

Pieces of the offer to hand:

1) act of commitment duly complete and date;

2) the framedecomposition of the lump sum price duly complete;

3) the complete supporting document.

Documents to be produced by the candidate to whom the award is to be submitted: within 7 days of the request made by the contracting authority, the candidate must provide the following documents:

- an attestation that the candidate is not present in a bid banning caseIn Articles L. 2141-1 and L. 2141-4 of the Public Order Code, mention is made of the certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies certifying that the candidate is not in a bidding ban case. Article L. 2141-2 of the Public Order Code. The candidate established abroad produces a certificate issued by the administrations andorganizations of his country of origin or establishment,

- the parts provided for in Articles R. 1263-12 (where applicable), D. 8222-5 or D. 8222-7 or D. 8254-2 a D. 8254-5 of the Labor Code,

- the production of an extract from the relevant register, such as an excerpt K, an excerpt Kbis, an excerpt D1 or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the judicial authority competent administrative authority of the countryorigin or establishment of the candidate, attesting that the candidate is not in a case of prohibition to tender mentions to article L. 2141-3 of the code of the public order,

- if a grouping is designated attribute, it must be produced a document of rehabilitation signed by the other members of the group justifying its capacity to intervene on their behalf and on their behalf.
