The consultation is carried out by open call for tenders in application of articles R. 2124-2-1, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The services give rise to 6 framework agreements with purchase orders without minimum or maximum. The 6 lots are defined as follows:

- lot n 1: gravel category B - western territory,

- lot n 2: gravel category B - eastern territory,

- lot n 3: gravel category C - north-west territory,

- Lot n 4: gravel category C - north-east territory,

- lot n 5: gravel category C - south-west territory,

- lot n 6 : gravel category C - south-eastern territory.

No form of grouping is imposed by the contracting authority period of validity of the framework agreement: 1 year, from the notification. Renewable framework agreementtacitly 3 times, for a period of 1 year, ie a maximum duration of 4 years. As an indication, the services will be carried out from 1.4.2020.

Content of the offer:

- the deed of engagement, one per lot,

- the unit price schedule, one per lot,

- the estimated detail, one per lot,

- the map of geographic lots, supplemented by the geographic location of the career (s) of the candidatedat with their names and the types of gravel (granulometries) that it produces, if the quarry is not in the department of Correze the supplier will have to specify it and locate it on a map adapted to this situation,
