STAR Streaming Evolutive and Corrective Maintenance

Reference Number : EMSA/OP/2/2020

The objective is to establish a 4-year Framework Contract (FWC) with an experienced contractor that can support EMSA with code correction, evolutive maintenance, IT Helpdesk, and upgrades relating to the STAR Streaming application (SST), supporting operational services to EU MS.

Following the signature of the FWC, EMSA intends to contract specific activities by issuing individual Requests for Services (RFS) and Specific Contracts in accordance with the terms and provisions of the FWC.
