The participant should hold a valid license to carry passengers in the territory of RepBULGARIA or a Community license under Art. 6 of the Road Transport Act or equivalent. 60 of the PPA, foreign participants can prove their registration in analogous registers according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established.

In the case of an association which is not a legal entity, the registration requirement is evidenced by each participant at noonthe opinion that will provide the services according to the distribution of the participation of the persons in the implementation of the activities provided for in the contract for the formation of a grouping

In the case of subcontracting, the latter should meet the above mentioned requirement according to the type and the share of the order they will execute. During the procedure, participants should declare that they meet the requirednot for fitness, by presenting EEDOP, completed in the respective fields of Part IV, section A.

In the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act will require a copy of a valid license to carry passengers on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or a Community license or an equivalent .. The Contracting Authority does not impose financial and economic requirements.there is any of the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 of the PPL.

The grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1, 2 and 7 of the Public Procurement Act refer to the persons who represent the participant. Art. 54, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act shall not apply where the amount of unpaid taxes or social security contributions is up to 1 per cent of the sum of the annual total turnover for the last completed financial year but not more than 50, 000The assignor shall remove from the procedure the participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the PPAs occurred before or during the procedure, and where a participant in the procedure is a grouping of natural and / or legal entities and a member of the grouping, there is one of the grounds for the removal. In the course of the procedure, the lack of grounds for removal under Art. 54, para.
